Omaha Athletics has officially introduced Jamie Carey as the new head coach of the Mavericks women’s basketball team. Carey, a former WNBA player and associate head coach at the University of Texas at San Antonio, shared her excitement about joining UNO’s successful athletic department. She expressed her commitment to building upon the program’s existing strengths and making a meaningful impact in her new role.
